Description

This white wine with its brilliant  intense golden color reveals the elegance of the Viognier to which the Clairette and the white Grenache bring vivacity and roundness. Carried by aromas of peach, apricot and notes of honey, this wine seduces by its aromatic complexity. 
By tasting you get nice attack on apricot and peach, followed by notes of light pastry and honey, the  intense aroma of the viognier expresses itself fully in this very solar vintage, and is refreshed by the clairette.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with asparagus risotto or truffle ravioli, and will surprise you with goat cheese.
