Monferrato Nebbiolo DOC "Il Ciabòt"
Monferrato Nebbiolo is a new wine denomination: "Il Ciabòt" is made from selected Nebbiolo grapes. Following careful vinification, a few months of aging in steel is carried out.
As soon as it is ready, Nebbiolo is bottled and after a few months of bottle aging it is ready to be brought to the tables.
It has a more or less intense ruby red color. This wine has a distinctive and delicate aroma. Dry and structured taste, harmonious and of great elegance
Pairings: with dishes based on beef, chicken and pork. Excellent with cold cuts and aged cheeses, risotto or lasagna.
