Carignan (90%) Grenache (10%) Vineyards over 50 years old. 14,5% ALC.
Treatments and organic fertilization. No herbicide is used. Production / Ha: 500Kg. Fermentation in steel. Maceration for 20 days. Manual press 60%. Aged for 18 months in French oak. Purple color. Black and red fruits, blackberries and wild berries; very mineral due to slate soils. Balanced, elegant and highly structured with incredible depth, leading to a persistent mineral finish. 2007: 2.000 bottles **************************Viñas de más de 50 años. Tratamientos y fertilización orgánica.  No se usa herbicida. Producción/Ha: 500Kg. Fermentación en  acero. Maceración  durante 20 días. Prensa manual  60%. Crianza 18 meses en roble francés. Color púrpura. Frutas negras y rojas, moras y bayas salvajes; muy mineral debido a los suelos de pizarra. Equilibrado, elegante y muy estructurado y con una profundidad increíble, que conduce a un persistente final mineral.  2007: 2.000 botellas
