The grapes are carefully selected and picked up, in September. The must then is marinated on the skin at 25°for 20 days in steel cisterns. Then, after the mallolattic fermentation in the steel tanks, it’s aged for 12 months. After the bottling process, the wine refines for other 12 months in the bottles.
Colour : dark red close to purple
Fragrance: ripe fruits, red fruits, with taste of mature red fruit
Taste: rich, smooth, wrapping with especially sweet tannins
Its taste may be fully appreciated with starters and courses with vegetables or gravy, or with main course of grilled red meat, hodgepodge, or cheese medium seasoned.it goes perfectly with cherry marmalade cakes.
