Fermented in 1.500 litres inox tanks during 25 days at an average of 25ºC. Pre&Post maceration. Aged during 12 months in French 225&300L oak barrels. Minimum aging in bottle of 12 months.
Tasting Note. Vivid and intense violete ripen cherry colour. Expressive nose, perfumed, with volume and well-defined. Includes ripen fruit notes such as cherries, raspberry, fig, plum and lots of minerality. Floral remind (violet) and spicy background (liquorice). Soft and pleasant soar. Refined and sweet tannins with an excellent route. Fresh, structured and with presence.
