20 year-old vines organic certified vines from Vilamaniscle and Rabòs.
Fermented in 1.500 litres inox tanks during 20 days at an average of 25ºC. Pre&Post maceration. Aged during 12 months in French and American 225 litres oak barrels. Minimum aging in bottle of 12 months.
Tasting Note. Red cherry bright and intense colour with inky legs. Complex aromas of figs, plum, black wild fruits, dry flowers, liquorice, balsamic. Freshness in mouth with silky tannins and well integrated oak.
