De-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes,
fermentation at low temperature after clearing
the must.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Intense aroma with notes of fruit (apple, almond,
pineapple, banana). The taste is rich, savory and
with a nice acidity. The finish shows an excellent
persistence. It goes perfectly with appetizers,
fish-based dishes, molluscs and shellfish and
white meats. Also perfect as an aperitif.
