Description

Tardana 100%. Variety native to the area, but long ago there were also some vineyards in the nearby County of Los Serranos. It is a variety with a very late cycle of maturity being the last variety that is harvested in our region, from which it takes its name.

It´s a vintage selected with grapes of optimum maturity with a prefermentation maceration at low temperature and subsequent fermentation with temperature control to get the maximum extraction of the aromatic elements.

Intense aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and floral notes and melon with hints of anis.

Sweet entry balanced by a moderate acidity which confers an agreeble freshness that invites you  to taste again. Very balanced with a medium finish.
