Its unique blend makes it a unique cava that, for its aging in bottle, consolidates the bright golden color, the rosary type bubble, the aroma of bakery and nuts and the fruit notes of apple, pear and pineapple. Round cava, of great complexity, that derives in a fine, intense, dry, powerful and very personal set. It has a structure so firm that makes it very ductile at the time of pairing: appetizers, rice, pasta, meats (mainly, white), fish, cheese... No added sugar after disgorging, moderate consumption is suitable for diabetics and it contains fewer calories.
