Our youngest cava. Between 12 (young) and more than 18 months (reserve) of aging, depending on the time of the year. A cava with a fine and constant bubble and abundant froth, dry, fresh and balanced. Its intense retro nasal and the aromatic persistence are all due to its relative youth, with notes of nuts and dried fruits and patisserie. In the mouth, high presence of citrus fruits, apple and melon. A pure brut nature, easy to drink and with no sugar added, its moderate consumption is suitable for diabetics and it contains fewer calories. Optimal balance between quality and price.
