Description

The grapes of Petit Blanc Saó are 100% organic, hand-harvested and come from two different vineyards: The Artists' Vineyard and Mas Blanc. Pre-maceration of the grapes with the peels in cold for 6 hours. +700m. above the sea level. Poor soil, 3500 Kg/Ha. 

Grape Varieties: 70% White Grenache, 22% Macabeo, 5% Viognier, 3% Riesling

Tasting notes: Intense tropical and white fruit aroma with hints of citrus of flowers. Creamy and fully mouth, very fresh and fruity.
