Blend of 50% Red Grenache and 50% Merlot.
20 year-old vines organic certified vines partly harvested earlier from Vilamaniscle and Rabòs. Each variety is harvested separately.
Fermented in 2.500 litres inox tanks during 15 days at an average of 25ºC. 3 months minimum aging in bottle.
Tasting Note. Red ruby brilliant intense colour. Notes of red fruit, flowers (violet), plum and spices. In mouth it’s fresh with nice rounded tannins.
