Ottenuto da uve a bacca rossa, estratto poche ore dopo l’inizio della fase fermentativa. Vino fresco salentino a basso contenuto di polifenoli con buona aromaticità. Dal colore rosa cristallino chiaro ha profumo elegante, gusto fresco, morbido, con sentori di petali di rosa e note agrumate. Consigliato con crostacei, pesce, carni bianche e formaggi semi duri. Eccellente come aperitivo servito ben freddo ed ottima base per la preparazione dei cocktails. 
Si consiglia di servire a 7-10°C.

Grape maceration for 4 - 5 hours with consequent extraction of the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Pale pink, with elegant fragrance, pleasantly fresh on the palate with hints of rose petals and citrus notes. Indicated with fish dishes and crustaceans, white meat, and semi-hard cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif if served cold, great base for the preparation of cocktails. It is best at 7-10 ̊ C.
