Description

Charmat method, 6 months, BRUT.

A shining yellow in appearance, with a long-lingering bead of tiny bubbles. The bouquet is about white tropical fruit and gently floral, while the palate is delicate, aromatic and fragrant. 
Food pairings: outstanding as aperitif, it goes very well with raw or steam fish too. Nice pairing with fresh red fruit or pastry cream.
