Cariñena blanca is a variety that until 2013 we were totally unaware in Priorat. By chance we found a genetic mutation in one of our old vineyards of a black carignan and that we were able to isolate, reproduce and from which we now have a vineyard with 3000 plants with which we produce this singular white.
