Polisia Piceno superiore is a bland of Sangiovese and Montepulciano picked by hand in our 60 years old vines.  After 30 days of skin contact the wine ages for al least 15 months on the yeast lees and 12 months in bottle. It is made without the use of chemichals or product of animal origin. Polisia combines structure and elegance, the result of a weighted blend between Montepulciano and Sangiovese.  A wine that stands out for its harmony, elegance and ease of drinking.
