Description
TASTING
 Deep red cherry colour, bright. An intense bouquet of ripe black berries with a very subtle balsamic background. A fresh and fruity mouthfeel, with mineral notes and a slightly spicy touch. Well-balanced and good structure.

VARIETIES
 Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Petit Verdot.

AGE OF VINEYARDS
Monastrell, 23 years old. Cabernet Sauvignon, 18 years old. Alicante Bouschet, 28 years old. Petit Verdot, 13 years old.

SOIL
Stony, poor in organic matter.

ALTITUDE
680 metres.

HARVEST SEASON
From September to October

YIELD
13 hl/ha of Monastrell, 18 hl/ha of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot and 16 hl/ha of Alicante Bouschet.

VINIFICATION	
Hand-picked harvest and subjected to a strict selection 10 hl/ha of Monastrell, 20 hl/ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, 14 hl/ha of Alicante Bouschet and 30 hl/ha of Petit Verdot.
 process in the cellar. Pre-fermentation cold maceration at 7ºC for 3 days, and post-fermentation with grape skins for 20 days under
