TYPE: 100% Carignan aged red.


CHARACTERISTICS: Made with grapes from a vineyard of over 60 years old, of poor and low productive soil. Controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for approximately 25-30 days at 25ºC, subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

VARIETIES: 100% Samsó (Carignan)

CAPACITY: 75 cl.

Colour: Intense red-violet color.
Aroma: Balsamic notes, menthol. Minerality and spices. Mediterranean fruit and forest fruits.
Palate: A powerful and fresh entry, with a touch of minerals and spices. Long and soft aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING: To accompany red meats and game, stews, cheeses etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
