CHARACTERISTICS: Made with grapes of special selected vineyards of over 50 years old. Controlled fermentation in French oak barrels for approximately 20 days at 16-18 ºC and subsequent aging on lees fermentation around 5-6 months during barrelling.
VARIETIES: 100% Macabeu.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
Colour: straw yellow, clean and bright.
Aroma: ripe fruit, peach and citrus with spicy ending notes.
Palate: wine with character, fresh and long with smoke notes and ripe citrus. Persistent and unctuous aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: To accompany rice, fish etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 12-14 ºC.
