Description

The grape variety of our QUIPE’ is passerine del frusinate, an important autochthonous white grape of region Lazio.
In the 2019 vintage it is a delicate and elegant wine, with floral scents of field, chamomile, broom, with a pleasant finish of acacia honey, well balanced by a pleasant note mineral.
Delicate acidity on the palate, able to satisfy fish-based dishes and for the more daring with chicken or lamb.
