Ravarein is obtained from Grechetto Gentile grapes vinified in purity according to the Methode Ancestrale, a traditional wine technique fermenting the wine exclusively in the bottle. The wine, aged on lees, produces a sediment that guarantees the genuineness of the winemaking process.
