Red Aged Somdinou

TYPE: Aged red.


CHARACTERISTICS: Made with grapes from specially selected old vines. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days at 25ºC, subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for around 12 months.

VARIETIES: Garnacha Negra, Samsó, Tempranillo.

CAPACITY: 75 cl.

Colour: Intense ruby red colour.
Aroma: notes of black fruit and ripe red fruit. Pepper, tomato jam, with balsamic touches.
Palate: Fresh, with good acidity. Mineral touches and spicy, lightly toasted with a long haul.

FOOD PAIRING: To accompany red meats and game, stews, cheeses etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
