CHARACTERISTICS: Old vines. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days at 25ºC, pressed and subsequent malolactic fermentation of about 30 days. Part of the wine is raised in oak for about 3-4 months.
VARIETIES: Carinyena, Garnacha Negra and Syrah
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
Colour: Intense red-violet colour.
Aroma: notes of red and black fruit and spicy hints.
Palate: Very fresh, complex and soft wine on the palate, with a long route.
FOOD PAIRING: To accompany cheeses, white and red meats, stews, etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
