Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

Il nostro Refosco dal Peduncolo rosso ha una vinificazione  di 10 giorni di macerazione delle uve. 
La doppia fermentazione alcolica e malica  avviene in botti d’acciaio a temperatura controllata. 

Manual grape harvest in boxes, immediate destemming, fermentation in contact with the grape skins for 10 days, with frequent pumping over at controlled temperature. 
Vinified and stored in stainless steel barrels.
