RIBOLLA GIALLA DOC FRIULI COLLI ORIENTALI
RIBOLLA GIALLA: it comes from the wine of Ribolla Gialla, whose grapes rather big and golden, are characterised by a strong acidity. The wine is not so sour, due to the transformation of some of the acids into salts. It is therefore harmonious, sapid, round and offers the typi.cal lemonverbena freshness. It is excellent for aperitives, it matches with fish dishes, delicate hors-d’oeuvres, white meat.
It should be served at 8º-10ºC.
