VARIETAL: 100% TEMPRANILLO. Grapes from 20 year-old vines.

COLOR: Intensely vibrant cherry hue, with a light purple iridescence. Glossy with good clarity.

NOSE: Good aromatic intensity with red and black fruit tones such as strawberry and redcurrant, mingling with mineral touches and balsamic lavender undertones. Very expressive, showing all the typical notes of a Tempranillo rosé.

TASTE: Well- balanced structure with warm spicy balsamic good acidity, giving fresh-ness and length to the wine. Lovely sensation on the finish, developing into ripe fruit aromas, with a well- textured mouth feel and a lingering persistence.

Temperature for consumption: 7-8 º C.

Recommended to accompany all kids of pasta, white fresh, rice, white meats and soft cheeeses and semi- hard.
