Description

Riesling is the most important German variety and Pfalz is the region with the largest surface of Riesling vineyards worldwide. 
For Rosenbühl Riesling, our aim is to harvest as late as possible, to reach  the full ripeness of the slowly ripening grapes.
Spicy-mineral nose with ripe peach and lime. Fresh and juicy, very pleasurable balance of residual sugar and nice acidity, that makes this Riesling so special and interesting. 
Fruity desserts, cheeses or just solo.
