Rosaè - Rosato di Toscana IGT BIO

I profumi di bacche rosse, ribes, melograno, lampone tipici del Sangiovese si sprigionano nel bicchiere grazie alla vendemmia anticipata delle uve, che permette di salvaguardarne la freschezza, l’acidità e tutti gli aromi più delicati.
Affinamento in acciaio inox sulle sue fecce nobili, con batonnages frequenti fino a marzo, quando viene imbottigliato.
Pronto da bere, a 12-14°C

Typical Sangiovese aromas as black currant, pomegranate, redberry scents give off a strong scent in the glass. The early harvest aims to keep the freshness, acidity and delicate aromas in our rosé wine.
After the fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperature, RosaE’ stays on its lees with weekly batonnage, until bottling in march.
