This wine is vinified with  short maceration of dolcetto grapes handpicked in late September.

The stalk removal-pressing of the grapes follow,  must fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the lees with regular bâtonnages(stirring).

The “Rossèt” has taste-olfactory features of great relevance.

It is bright at the sight,  light pink with ruby reflections. Firm and harmonious, it stands out for its floral and elegant bouquet with hints of wild rose. The mouth is mineral and slightly aromatic.

At all stages of production, from the vineyard to the cellar, the Rossèt is followed with passion and competence in the absolute respect for environment.
