The grapes of Saó Rosat are 100% organic, hand-harvested. Pre-maceration of the grapes with the peels in cold for 6 hours. +700m. above the sea level. Poor soil, 3500 Kg/Ha.
Grape Varieties: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
Tasting notes: Bright fuchsia rosé wine with medium robe. Aroma of mature red fruits (strawberry, cherry) with floral scents hints (violet). It starts very fresh on the palate and it is then very balanced and silky with great density, leaving a pleasant red fruit aftertaste.
A very sexy wine.
