Salento IGP Rosato Negroamaro
Rosato produced with a soft pressing and a temperature-controlled fermentation. The marc macerates with the must only for 2-4 hours, giving a light colour. The nose is very complex, with red fruits smells and hints of ciders and vanilla. Tha taste is rightly acid and fruity.
This wine is perfect to be drunk with anything and is the most drunk in Salento during lunch, thanks to this charateristic. It's perfect as an aperitif, with vegetables (especially fried), pasta, spicy food, white meat and fish.
Best served at 12°C.
