Fresh and vibrant. 
Refining in stainless-steel tanks for 12 months
Good with cold cuts and salami, clear soup, white roast meat and cooked fish with sauce. 
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C (60-64 °F). Environment friendly techniques used.
