SERENERE Malvasia Nera Salento IGP

Storicamente, il nome del vitigno Malvasia Nera deriva da una variazione contratta di Monembasia, roccaforte bizantina abbarbicata sulle rocce di un promontorio del Peloponneso. Uve vendemmiati a Settembre. La macerazione è avvenuta in totale assenza di ossigeno in vinificatori rotativi termoregolati. Il vino è affinato in acciaio e in bottiglia. Di colore rosso rubino, dal bouquet intenso ed elegante, con sentori di lampone e melograno. Al palato presenta tannini morbidi, intenso e persistente, armonico.
      The name Malvasia Nera derives from a contraction of the word Monembasia, a Byzantine fortress perched on the rocks of a promontory in the Peloponnese. Grapes harvested in September and vinified in oxygen-free heat-controlled rotary vats to retain the fruit character. Then aged in steel and in the bottle.
