Here, in the Domaine des Romarins, Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues is a selection of parcels of the famous « Plateau de Signargues »
This wine is a blending of Syrah, giving his aromas, his colour and his strength in tannins, Grenache, for the round and structured taste and a little touch of Mourvedre. These grape varieties are cultivated all around the year respecting their own agronomical characteristics and nature. 
Manual harvest, severe sorting and total destalking. Long maceration with regular control of temperature and daily pumping-overs. A part of the blend is matured in oak barrels. This wine stays in our cellar for one year before being bottled
Complex wine with great strength. Good dark robe. Cooked fruits nose. In mouth, he shows a good balance with spicy nuances. Fine, silky but presents tannins make him a wine for ageing.
