This wine is made by sangiovese 80% and Gratena Nero 20%. Gratena Nero is a new grape omologated as Tuscan from the year 2017 and sole produced in Gratena winery
Gratena Nero grape makes minimum one year in French Tonneaux of 500 liters, old and new but mostly old for a 80%
Sulphites les than 50 mg/l
Starting with the harvest 2019, no more yeast and no more Sulphites at the fermentation.
