Sophie Orange wine :
Dedicated to my daughter “ Sofia , we produce this wine using 100 % Passerina grapes and macerated on the skins, that’s why the color orange ,this wine is produced following a strict corporate self-regulation which prohibits the use of any allergen or any preservative and stabilizer. The Sulfites content amounts generally around 10mg x liter and are due solely to the work of indigenous yeasts in fermentation they will produce these tiny quantities.
