Pinot Noir rosé with a small cut of Muscat.
Color: antique pink delicate, almost an angel skin coral.
Foam brilliant and fine-grained. Fine and persistent.
Bouquet: intense, elegant with dominant notes
of wild strawberries, black currants and raspberries
as well as nuances of citrus blossoms.
Taste: full-bodied, elegant, velvety and very fresh.
Serving suggestions: It is excellent as an aperitif,
but it gives its best by marrying fishes with intense
flavour ,cooked with Mediterranean sauces and,
by extension, fresh pasta topped with sauces with
the same intonation. Radegonda is also perfect with
sliced delicate salami, and especially bacon like
“guanciale” and “pancetta”, with which it creates
an interesting blend of flavor, softness,
freshness and slight fatness.
Temperature: Serve chilled at 7-8 ° C.
