“Italian Method” Sparkling WINE
As the name suggests OMNIA (from the Latin “everything, all together)
this sparkling wine is a traditional blend of grapes from native vines from
the best hills of Treviso province, also known as the “historical blend”.
Presentation: straw yellow color; persistent perlage.
Bouquet: intense, with notes of apple, pear, and floral scents (acacia and
