Description

This Cuvée Rosè is one of the pride and joys of our winery. It is the result of years of work and research, it combines the characteristics wine (fruity flavours, flowery notes and elegance of Glera) a structure and a typical persistence of Raboso. The grape varieties, combined using an original technique
pioneered by our enologist, are Glera grapes from the hills 80% and Raboso 20%.
Foam: persistent and fine.
Perfume: fresh fruity reminds the exotic fruit.
Taste: well structured, sapid with a good acidity.
Food matches: for every occasion of the day, with starters and fish.
