It is fine and gentle, persistent perlage are the distinctive features of the tasteful elegance of this Extra dry sparkling wine.
The aromas is fresh and fruity recalling green apples, grapefruit, banana, while the dominating flowery note is acacia flower.
It has got a good acidity, making it fresh, harmonious and velvety.
