Description

Stilèma Taurasi Docg Riserva is the result of a mix of micro-area stories, all different and synergistic, with a unique and complex expressive force. Pietradefusi, Montemarano, Paternopoli and Mirabella Eclano are the places from where the grapes come, all different as per altitude, micro-climate, soils.
The sensory balance needs 24 months of aging in wood and at least 15 extra months in bottle. Medium ruby red, complex aromas, fruity and floral nuance well mixed with a spicy hint. On the palate is crisp and salty, lean, with a silky tannic texture.
