20 year-old vines organic certified vines from Vilamaniscle and Rabòs.
Fermented in 2.500 litres inox tanks during 20 days at an average of 25ºC. Aged during 5 months in French 225 litres oak barrels. Minimum aging in bottle of 6 months.
Tasting Note. Vivid and intense red ruby colour. Raspberry, gooseberry, plum and strawberry fruity-jam notes with a spicy background(liquorice). Wide in mouth with sweet and gentle tannins. Fresh, elegant and structured
