Terra diVino, Toscana igt in terracotta
"Terra diVino" is a wine produced from Sangiovese that is born in the part of our vineyard where the ferrous clay is most present, which is similar to that used in the kilns for the production of terracotta jars. Fermentation in the jars with manual punching down for about 15 days, then the jars are filled and closed by letting the skins remain in infusion for another three months after which the wine is drawn off and then it finishes aging in the jars themselves until August following the harvest. The color is a light ruby red, the nose is intense with aromas of red fruit and spices, in the mouth it denotes a complex structure with well-integrated tannins with a typically Sangiovese taste.
«Terra diVino» è un vino 100% Sangiovese, la fermentazione e l’affinamento avviene negli orci di terracotta di Impruneta. Il colore è un rosso rubino scarico, al naso si presenta intenso con profumi di frutta rossa e spezie, in bocca denota una struttura complessa con tannini ben integrati.
