Description
TASTING	
A ruby red colour with violet hues. It presents a bouquet with a wide aromatic range that includes wild fruits (raspberry, strawberry and cherry) and floral notes. In mouth, the unctuosity and freshness of the Mencía variety complement each other, and all under a fine tannic structure.

VARIETY	100% Mencía. 
AGE OF VINEYARDS	20 – 40 years old. 
SOIL	Calcareous Clay. 
ALTITUDE	500 y 700 mts. 
HARVEST SEASON	From 12 to 21 September 2014. 
VINIFICATION	Spontaneous. Stainless steel tanks. 
YIELD	6.500 kg/ha.
