our Traminer Aromatico with an average age of the vines of about 15 years and a yield of
hectare of about 90 quintals.
The soil of this area is calcareous with the presence of gravel, located at an altitude of
50/100 mt. on the lm, but characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night.
The path from the bunch to the wine is all done in steel, starting with a fermentation
thermoregulated in stainless steel vats, and stopping for the next 5 months in steel,
at least another 5/6 months will be the time it will remain in the bottle to express its characteristics;
A full, warm straw yellow opens to a rich, delicate nose, a wine that plays
on the olfactory elegance and on the exuberance, light floral notes of jasmine and rose water
they mix with the fruity sensations of licthi and wild flowers; in the mouth it is fresh, with one
good acidity, proposes a gustatory return on fruity notes, good gustatory length.
Try it with crab meatballs as
