VALPOLICELLA D.O.C. CLASSICO SUPERIORE
Valpolicella D.O.C. Classico is a wine obtained from local grapes such as Corvina, Corvinone, Ronedinella and Molinara.
The grapes, coming from the classical region of Valpolicella, are harvested, pressed and steeped for about 6-8 days prior to the fermentation period using the traditional method of monitoring the temperature in order to preserve its typical aromas. It’s a wine with an intense ruby colour with a delicate bouquet and a hint of almonds, raspberries and pomegranates.
It has a good acidity and a dry smooth taste. Valpolicella Classico is ideal with pasta, white and red meat, game, cheese and cold cuts.
We recommend a serving temperature of 18-20° C.
