This wine is created as a result of a controlled low temperature and ageing in barrels.

The wine contains 88% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), 7% Garnacha and 5% Albillo.
The wine has had 8 days of maceration and 12 months of ageing 90% in French oak barrels and 10 % in American oak.
The best temperature to serve the wine is 15 – 17ºC.
Viñas del Lago paires perfect with oily fish like tuna and salmon or roasts and a nice accompaniment to salads and snacks with mature cheeses.
