The wine is obtained from Grechetto 50% and Trebbiano
50% grapes, through the classic white wine
processing.The grapes arrive at the winery and they are already
pressed, having produced the wine for aging.
It is put in steel tanks for aging and controlled fortemperature.
The wine is bottled in the February following toharvest.
The color of wine is straw yellow with glimmering
greens re_ections, scent of fruits and white _owers
