Description
È un orange wine ottenuto dai seguenti vitigni: Procanico Lento, Trebbiano Toscano, Ansonica, Malvasia, Verdello, Grechetto e Riminese di Port’Ercole, tutti autoctoni. La fermentazione è fatta sulle bucce per 10-15 giorni. Alla svinatura le bucce vengono spremute leggermente e il vino viene conservato per 12 mesi in acciaio e per almeno altri 6 mesi in bottiglia.

It’s an orange wine made with the following white grapes: Procanico Lento, Trebbiano Toscano, Ansonica, Malvasia, Verdello, Grechetto e Riminese di Port’Ercole, all autochthonous grapes. The fermentgtion with the skins for 10-15 days. After racking the skins undergo a light pressing and the wine ageing lasts 12 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 6 months in the bottle.
