TYPE:  young organic rosé wine 
VARIETIES: 70% Red Grenache, 30% Syrah
CHARACTERISTICS: young and middle-aged vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 14-16ºC. 
CAPACITY: 75 cl. 

TASTE NOTES:
Color: pale gooseberry
Aroma: red fruit, strawberries, floral notes, roses. 
On the palate: Full-bodied, balanced and fresh, 
with good acidity

FOOD PAIRING:  salad, appetites, rice, pizza, etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE:  Ideal to serve at 8-10 ºC.
